We have many years of experience in occupational medicine research. With our interdisciplinary approach, we investigate the multifaceted interrelationships between requirements, conditions, and the organization of work. Our focus is on the development of sustainable practical prevention offers for everyday working life - primarily in the food and catering industry. The overriding goal of our research work is to maintain the performance and work capacity of employees at a high level in the long term.
