FSA e.V.

The FSA is a registered, non-profit recognized association. Together with its subsidiary, the FSA GmbH, we are committed to health and safety protection at the workplace. The association carries out research and development work to prevent occupational accidents and diseases and to minimize work-related health hazards. The research results are published to benefit the general public.

Many organizations and companies have joined the association in order to achieve these goals together.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of FSA e. V. consists of seven persons and represents the association in court and out of court. The chairman is authorized to represent the association alone.
The Board of Directors decides on measures that are necessary for achieving the purpose of the association. It is the task of the Board, in particular, to draw up the business plan and to decide on the use of the available funds in its execution.

Management

The Managing Director of the FSA e. V. executes the resolutions of the Board and handles the current affairs of the association in accordance with the guidelines and rules of procedure issued by the Board.

It is the management’s responsibility to propose guidelines and particular tasks to be processed. The management also prepares a draft of the Board's annual report and the annual financial statements.
